We're the tech arm of Glen Eagle, a 30-year-old advisory firm with over $1B in assets under management. Privately held, profitable, no outside investors. We're taking what we know about serving doctors and building a digital-first experience around it. Currently at $30M AUM and growing.

This role is for you if you're an engineer who thinks like a designer and a product owner. You don't want to just receive tickets - you want to shape requirements, make design calls, architect the solution, build the features, and ship them yourself. You're proactive, detailed, own the outcome, and follow through.
You've been using AI as a force multiplier, not just a time saver. You do your best work with full autonomy and you're looking for a small team of people who operate the same way. You want to build something that actually provides value to the people using it. And you're excited to be one of the earliest team members on a product that will likely grow from $30M to tens of billions over the next twenty years. If that's you, apply.
